Cow Art
Cow Parade
From Chicago and New York in 1999 and 2000 to Kansas City and Houston in 2001 and London in 2002, Cow Parade is an international public art exhibit that intrigues and entertains, all while building a substantial cache for chartities worldwide.

Fiberglass sculptures of cows — the likes of which you've never seen — are decorated by local artists in a specific city each year. The painted sculptures are distributed over the city center, in public places such as train stations, important avenues, and parks. The cows often feature artwork and designs specific to local culture, as well as city life and other relevant themes. After the exhibiton in the city, which lasts many months, the cows are auctioned off and the proceeds donated to charity.
